Custom home-site development

There is a new custom home-site development in town and it is a must-see.

“Our vision for this land was to build a community where we would want to live”, said Casey Craig, developer of Trail Ridge Estates. “We want residents to be close to all the outdoor activities they love and have easy access to all of the necessary amenities like shopping and dinning.”

American Frontier Real Estate is the broker on site and is ready to give tours to interested buyers. They are equipped with a four person ATV to drive buyers around the property and show them all of the amenities that are located on site.

“This is the perfect place for singles and families to call home, and we can’t wait to show them why”, said Pat Earley, owner of American Frontier. “Our onsite office is open from 10am to 5pm and we are available to meet buyers off hours if they call for an appointment”.

These custom home sites are strategically located to allow for unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, set among pioneer trails, historic landmarks, a nature preserve, stocked fishing pond, park with ball courts and a paved trail along the creek.

TRE home sites average about a 1/3 acre and start at $130,000. Unlike many HOA governed properties, buyers can purchase their home site and build on it later. Buyers can hire their own contractors or use the developer to build their home.

“We are offering our building services to residents to make the building process easier for them”, said Craig. “Our experience in building custom homes in Las Vegas will allow for buyers to have a more complete customer service experience.”

Phase one of the community is currently taking reservations and sales. Phase two will be open in the next couple months. “The excitement of the buyers has been tremendous”, says Earley. “We knew the sites would go fast but I have never seen so many buyers this excited about a communities’ amenities package.”

TRE has also worked with the city of Toquerville to enhance the quality of life for all of its residents. They built a 500,000 gallon water tank, a public park, have implemented various historic preservation sites, provided access to FEMA employed contractors in order to assist with water damage repairs, and has proposed to help the Virgin River Project.
